Hi, I'm Orly Izhaki.

Many people choose one identity.

I never found that separation useful.

For more than 20 years, I've been building products, startups, and technology companies as a founder, executive, product leader, marketer, and builder.

I founded WiseStamp and led it as CEO for 12 years, until it was acquired. I managed teams, raised money, ran large budgets, and built products used by millions of people and tens of thousands of paying customers around the world.

I've always been drawn to the space between strategy and execution: taking an idea, a complex technology, or a messy business problem, and turning it into a simple product people actually use. Mostly for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and solo founders.

Then AI arrived and changed the rules.

I started to realize that this wasn't just another technology shift. It is changing how companies are built, how work is organized, how teams operate, how decisions are made, and what leadership itself requires.

And I realized that if I wanted to understand that shift deeply - and keep building and leading inside it - I needed to go back to the beginning.

To build again. With my own hands.

To experiment, prototype, research, write, test ideas, design new workflows, and explore what an AI-native operating system might look like across businesses, organizations, schools, and larger systems.

Ignited Labs is the home for that process.

It brings together the research, experiments, frameworks, essays, products, and ideas that come out of it.

This is where I share not only what I build, but also how I think, what I'm exploring, and the questions I believe are worth asking.
